This event may be canceled up to 72 hours ahead of time. After that and up to 24 hours ahead of time a 50% refund can be requested. Within 24 hours of the call, no refunds will be given, unless extreme circumstances can be verified. 

Things happen: If you are late, I will wait 10 minutes. If I don't hear from you, you are allowed 1 reschedule - things happen. A second no show results in forfeit of funds, no refunds for no shows.
