   All payments are non-refundable after the first session.

2. Refund Policy:

   We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your investment. If for any reason you decide that the course isn't the right fit for you, we offer the following refund options:

   • Full Refund: Available if requested up to 48 hours before the first session.
   • 50% Refund: Available if requested within 24 to 48 hours before the first session.
   • No Refund: If the refund request is made less than 24 hours before the first session begins.

   Due to limited availability, we cannot offer refunds once the first session has started, as spaces are reserved specifically for you. We appreciate your understanding.
   
   We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that the course is not meeting your expectations, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the first session. Depending on the circumstances, we can discuss options.

3. Limited Availability:
   The VIP Package is limited to 10 spots to ensure personalized coaching. Once the spots are filled, no further registrations will be accepted.

4. Session Scheduling and Cancellations:
   Sessions will be held on the dates provided upon registration. In the event you are unable to attend a session, you will be provided with access to a recording of the session. If you miss a session, no makeup sessions will be offered. We'll see you in the groups.

5. Access to Materials:
   By purchasing the VIP Package, you will gain lifetime access to session recordings and downloadable resources. You agree not to share these materials with others.

6. Intellectual Property:
   All content provided in the VIP Package, including course materials, session recordings, and resources, is the property of The Environmental Career Coach and is protected by copyright law. You are granted access for personal use only and may not redistribute or reproduce the content without explicit permission.

7. Privacy and Data Usage:
   Your personal information will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes of providing access to the VIP Package. By purchasing, you consent to receive emails related to the course, including session reminders and updates.

8. Limitation of Liability:
   The Environmental Career Coach is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the VIP Package or use of the materials. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions taken based on the course content.
