You receive personalized written feedback for each answer, a three-priority action plan, and an interview tip sheet. Salary negotiation guidance and Job Search Essentials Course access are included. Live coaching and additional review rounds are not included.
  • Payment & Refunds – Payment is required upfront. Refunds are not provided once work has begun, except under the interview timing guarantee: If you submit your complete resume, job description, and interview date at least 5 business days before the interview, then return your practice responses by each deadline we provide, we will deliver final feedback before the interview or you may request a refund for this service.
  • Turnaround Time – The full process usually takes about 5 business days when you meet each submission and response deadline. Our delivery clock pauses whenever we are waiting for you. Late or missing client materials do not count as a missed ECC deadline. Interviews fewer than 5 business days away may be accepted only when capacity allows and are not covered by this guarantee.
  • Client Responsibilities – You agree to provide accurate and complete information and meet the submission deadlines provided. Submit your complete set of practice responses together. For recordings, provide one final clip per question, no longer than two minutes. Review begins once all answers are submitted.
  • Liability – While we strive for the best results, we do not guarantee job placement or specific hiring outcomes.
  • Confidentiality – Your personal information will be handled with care and not shared with third parties without your consent.
