This is a month-to-month subscription-based coaching program, billed on the same date each month based on your original enrollment date. You may cancel at any time, with no obligation to continue beyond your career search needs. Please note that no refunds will be provided.

Meeting Policies:

  • Tardiness: If you are late to a scheduled meeting, I will wait up to 10 minutes. If you do not arrive or communicate within this time, you are permitted one reschedule as a courtesy. A second no-show will result in forfeiture of that session, with no refund.
  • Lack of Communication: If I do not receive a response after two outreach attempts over one week, your subscription will be terminated without a refund.

Independent Contractor Status & Limitation of Liability: Participants in the Trusted Network are independent professional service providers and are not employees, agents, or partners of Environmental Career Coach, LLC (ECC). While ECC vets members of the network for baseline qualifications, the user acknowledges that the coaching relationship is strictly between the user and the individual coach.

ECC makes no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes or the accuracy of advice provided by independent coaches. You agree to hold ECC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your interactions, sessions, or agreements with any coach found through this platform. All coaches are required to maintain their own professional liability insurance for this purpose.
