Cancellation: This event may be canceled up to 72 hours ahead of time. After that and up to 24 hours ahead of time a 50% refund can be requested. Within 24 hours of the call, no refunds will be given, unless extreme circumstances can be verified. 

Late Policy: Things happen: If you are late, I will wait 10 minutes. If I don't hear from you, you are allowed 1 reschedule - things happen. A second no show results in forfeit of funds, no refunds for no shows.

While ECC vets members of the network for baseline qualifications, the user acknowledges that the coaching relationship is strictly between the user and the individual coach.

ECC makes no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes or the accuracy of advice provided by independent coaches. You agree to hold ECC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your interactions, sessions, or agreements with any coach found through this platform. All coaches are required to maintain their own professional liability insurance for this purpose.
