Dr. Ricardo Calvo is an environmental and social consultant with over 35 years of experience, including senior leadership roles at top international consulting firms. His career spans field biology, biodiversity and social impact studies, and executive leadership as Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Partner.

Ricardo has worked across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia, and Africa, managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects in energy, transportation, water and sanitation, agribusiness, and manufacturing.

Beyond his technical expertise, Ricardo is passionate about mentorship and professional development. He has guided dozens of professionals at all stages, while playing a key role in hiring, promotions, and leadership development.
